If you have received incorrect or faulty items from us please notify us by email and within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to help out. If you would like to return all or part of your order for any other reason please also notify us by email - and within 2 weeks of delivery - so that we can forward an RTA (return authorisation) for the goods. The RTA needs to be enclosed with the goods and returned to us in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery. We do not offer a postage paid returns service. We recommend the use of a national courier sign on delivery service. Please note we do not offer exchange of goods.
